An open letter to Mr Kejriwal

Salaam Mr Kejriwal

Hope my salaam does not scare you owing to your concealed Islamophobic nature which is being revealed to the masses gradually.

I write this open letter to you upon some recent discoveries. Before knowing the “Bhakt” face of yours, I was of the perception that you are the Chief Minister of a secular nation’s capital, which is “considered” as the world’s largest democracy.

Being a common muslim student from your city, I had always believed that the sole person who could change the politics of India was “Mr Arvind Kejriwal” sahab. However, my clogged vision is being cleared now.

Even if I forgive you for your “Bhakti” or majority-appealing-political-stunts in

1. Chanting the “Hanuman Chalisa”

2. Bringing the “Gada of Hanuman” into your rallies and

3. Directly challenging the BJP for fighting Delhi elections based on who knows “Hanuman Chalisa” better,

I would definitely question you on your remark over Shaheen Bagh, in which you declared your capability of evacuating the area in 2 hours.

You entered the political sphere from the ‘Anna Hazare Aandolan’ which was completely backed by the RSS. Despite knowing this, I would not accuse you of being an RSS Sevak. Your “aandolan” paralysed Delhi and thus I condemn your hypocritic remark over the peaceful protest at Shaheen Bagh.

Indian Muslims have rarely spoken or taken a stand agaist oppression, out of fear of being further oppressed. This time, we have come out on the roads only when we are on the verge of getting stripped off of our citizenship. You inconsiderately fuel the fire and our agony by declaring that you can clear a major area of democratic protest in a matter of 120 minutes.

Another stunt of yours which is worth criticism is beating your chest over a speech by the highly accomplished scholar- Sharjeel Imam, without knowing the context of the doctored and manipulated 30 seconds viral video.

Sharjeel, as is evident (if only you listen to the whole of his speech, rather than pieces selected for exploitation purposes) was talking about “CHAKKA JAM”. Being the AANDOLANKARI that you were and are, you must be well aware that his speech in no way nears sedition. You deliberately spoke against him, because maybe it was “Sharjeel” not “Srajal”.

Regardless of all this, I have been persuading people to vote for you, NOT because we believe in your development promises which are limited to Hindu-majority areas (in the last government the muslim majority areas saw NO development) , but because we want BJP to loose. After all, it is human tendency to opt for better, even if it means choosing between bad and worse.

InSha’Allah you and your party will win in the coming elections.

P.S. Don’t panic over InSha’Allah, there is nothing to fear about it.

Target me if you can,

A proud Urdu name holder
