The Hon’ble Supreme Court delivered its judgement on the Ayodhya’s Babri Masjid Title Suit on 09 November 2019 to satisfy both the communities and to maintain peace and harmony in the country and to prevent right wing hatemongers from their well planned hateful agenda and rioting, yet some points are needed for consideration:
It was never the litigation to get an alternate land for Mosque because the Wakf Board already has Millions Acres of land in India and has the capability to donate lands to a dozen of Ram Mandir like the Mughal Emperors has donated, but it was the litigation of legal right to protect the architectural identity left by the Kings who ruled India just like the hindu kings who built temples during their reign and today these temples stands as beautiful architectural identity of their empire. The Hon’ble Supreme Court has rightly pointed out that placing the idols inside the premises of Mosque in late night and demolishing of Mosque were criminal offences, hence this single point can become a great reference to prosecute and punish the prima facie accused of FIRs 197/92 & 198/92 who are hardcore fanatic hatemongers affiliated to right wing including the BJP. The SC also rightly pointed out that as per the Archaeological Survey of India report, there was no proof of existence of any temple under the Mosque. But at the same time the Hon’ble Supreme Court did not noted to pass such order that no such incidents should happen in future anywhere in India because the very same hatemongers of right wing in a large group were provoking by claiming that their next target would be Kashi and Mathura ever since the demolition of Babri Masjid, whereas the 7th wonder of the world the Taj Mahal too was not spared by them by spreading fake messages with rumoured fake story referring it as ‘Tejo Mahalaya’ which might replicate Ayodhya in future and this might be the upcoming new agenda of the Sangh Parivar and BJP which too might have to face similar instance like that of Babri Masjid which the upcoming Generation might be witnessing. Although these fake messages are not new to India as we have seen fake messages and WhatsApp forwards can take lives and also can influence elections to make or break a Government because the majority of Indians believes anything easily whatever they see on internet like the way they have believed blindly the photoshop effects of Gujarat Model as real development and hence voted Modi & BJP to power. If everywhere these hatemongers go and claim it was the birth place of one after the other Hindu Gods exactly under the Mosques which they are pointing out for Kashi & Mathura as their next targets, will the court of laws goes on providing alternate lands to Muslim group everywhere in the same manner? If yes, for how long? Is it the Muslim group who always have to accept compensation in this way and loose the architectural identity of their ancestors? Imagine how it would be if any incident happen in future with interchanged characters, where Muslims claims a piece of land as a matter of faith that one of the prophet was born there, then isn’t the Supreme Court has to derive reference from their this Judgement? Will it be accepted by everyone? Will the BJP & other right wing affiliated people say the very same sweet words which they are saying now with this judgement? Or still Muslims have to get deprived in that situation too? It is the greatnesses of Muslim community who have peacefully respected the Supreme Court judgement and are maintaining peace and calm and are not giving any chance for the right wing hatemongers to put Oil in the fire and to communalise the situation. It should have been the Supreme Court’s responsibility to also order that if anyone in future create the same situation from spreading false rumours about any place and creates controversy and assembles in mob, everyone should be dealt strictly as per law and should be jailed for lifetime, because such hatemongers are threat for the society.
Why the Mughal King Babar is shown as Arab Invader or a disasterous monster by BJP under whose era the Babri Masjid was built? We have seen that soon after coming to power, the BJP’s first target is the History books under school syllabus. Under the instructions of their ideologue the Sangh Parivar, BJP never wanted young generation of India to know about Medieval Indian History because it was the period ruled by Muslim rulers, hence they started deleting Medieval Indian History from school textbooks, if they can’t because they are not in power in those states, there they have started spreading false information about Muslim Emperors, look at the way they are spreading about Tipu Sultan, Mughals, Nizams, and Nawabs of other Princely States, and even if not, with a step ahead, they started demolishing Architectures of that era like Babri Masjid, because it depicts the beautiful architecture of then Muslim rulers. In anyway, it is their systematic attempt to not let Muslims be glorified by anyone in future and their Art and Architecture shouldn’t have appreciation anywhere in India or in the world. Anyhow the actual fact remains the open truth that it was the Mughal era under which India has prospered well and was ahead of China in terms of Economy with highest ever GDP and this is why India was known as Golden Bird (Sone Ki Chidiya) at those times. It was the Mughal King Alauddin Khilji who protected India from Mongols attack without which there would be nothing left in India including Gold, Diamonds, Precious Gems, Money and also Women but today Alauddin Khilji is shown in a bad light in the Movies like Padmavat. The beautiful interfaith marriage and love story of Rajput Princess Jodha Bai and Mughal King Jalaluddin Akbar has today become Medival era Love Jihad for these hatemongers. Even during the sepoy mutiny of 1857 against Britishers, hindus visited to Mughal Court and requested the last Mughal Emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar (who remained as a pensioner under British Govt after the collapse of Mughal Kingdom) to take back the charge as king of India inorder to fight against Britishers. This was the unity of Hindus & Muslims before BJP through its twice banned organization RSS started to spread its roots of venom in India.
If Mughal Emperors or any Muslim rulers were Invaders, why did they protected & developed India and embraced Indian culture and traditions besides taking birth in India and then got buried within India? If BJP is really Nationalist, why it is letting all the corporate fraudsters who looted India to escape country safely and why it is not able to uplift the economy and GDP like the Mughals did? Introspect yourself by this comparison and don’t fell into their trap in the next near mandate if they claim that they have constructed Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and you have to vote them. If they would have to do so without interference of the Courts, like they have done in the Kashmir issue by revoking Article 370, they could have done it in Ayodhya issue too soon after winning in 2014 or much before during Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s tenure despite the matter be sub-judice. They just wanted to win another term with the same agenda of promise to construct Ram Mandir which they succeeded in again.
Now that the Ram Mandir issue is finished, the BJP has lost their main agenda to ask votes. Now despite it is the Supreme Court’s judgement to construct a Temple there, BJP will claim that they have constructed the temple and has fulfilled the promise of their election manifesto, just exactly the same way in which despite of Supreme Court’s nullification of ‘Instant Triple Talaq’, BJP created a drama in the Lok Sabha claiming that they have banned Triple Talaq. There are much similar instances where the BJP kept itself above Supreme Court and immitated its judgements as their own achievement. while they have selectively gone against the very same Supreme Court when it was the issue of entry of Women in Sabarimala Temple. At every point BJP made Indians to believe that the separation of powers between the Legislature and the Judiciary are just on papers and infact everything is politically influenced.
There are hell lot more important things in India to be focused with top priority like Employment, Economy, GDP, Education, Health, Taxation etc but the uneducated BJP doesn’t know the basic concepts of these topics apart from Cow & Temple. It is the high time for Indians to concentrate on these important issues, whereas prayers done in the mosque and temple of your locality also reaches to the same God you worship and you need not have to travel all the way to Ayodhya for the same, just like people don’t have resource to buy a plot in their neighborhood yet they were celebrating for revoking of Article 370 in a greed they can buy a plot in Kashmir.
