Right to Education is not a Dream is Reality.

It’s very unfortunate many academicians, intellectuals and social research organization are comes very often with their reports shows that, Right To Education is only a dream –what make all these high profile people come to say they are here proclaim negativity, its surprise why they so far not find any solution for RTE? All their reports are full statistics and data’s show the negative aspects of RTE. it’s very unfortunate it gives sadness for me to know it, pains me in my heart, why are they academician, social researchers, messiah of social reformer NGO intellectuals are try not to come out with the solution, is this their job only to announce the ratio of literate and illiterate ? when our constitution amend RTE in the year 2002 when fundamental bill was framed further the government school shall provide free education to all child and the school will managed by school management committee (SMC). Private school shall admit at least 25% of the children’s in their school without any fee. Apart from these national commission for education shall be constitute to monitor all aspects of elementary education including quality, will it all possible experts are says NO. why so far nobody brings any solutions, therefore, one has to feel Right To Education is only a Dream but not comes Reality, unable bear the sadness I tried to do something which only possible (giving solution) for me with some hope at least coming generation may die hard to enjoy and learning to implement RTE, because recently I have read (don’t know where) saying that “ The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, But Because of those who look on and do nothing” these are the words inspired me, yes I don’t want to be nothing wants to be Something while seeing our country men’s richness, I would like to bring simple example even today in my town where I lives within the six kilometer radius there are more than ten jeweler shop more than sixteen brand chain cloth shops and twelve branded department stores there fully crowded some people they purchase not for their needs but for their wants, and those who need that’s only their dream this is the reality and same condition remain in their education also. Right to education – Article 21A of constitution says, state shall provide free and compulsory education for the children in 6-14 years age group was part of the directive principle of state policy. It was in December 2002 that the fundamental right to education bill was framed, further the government school shall provide free education to all child and the school will managed by school management committees (SMC). Private schools shall admit at least 25% of the children in their school without any fee. Apart from these National Commission for education shall be constitute to monitor all aspects of elementary education including quality, but all how these are going not happening then RTE act stipulate 25% reservation for disadvantage group up to age 14 and enroll then age appropriate class, how it was amended without proper road map to execute the plan by the recommended committee.
Right to education It was much earlier in the year 1910, 18 th of March exactly 109 year before Sri Gopakl Krishna Gokhale moved in the Imperial Legislative Council for seeking provision “free and Compulsory Primary Education” in the country but still we are not find the way to implement it even after 72 years the country became independent
We must set a GOAL
The act is completely Silent / why no academicians bureaucrats, aristocrats and corporate not come forward to openly discuss in this issue is raise the question the Article 21A of constitution Right to Education is Reality or remain only as Dream is there any solution There are many educationist doctorate degree holder, administrator are writing articles with regards to why right to education fail to implement in our country why nobody things positively why nobody setting goal why there is so hesitancy there is no interest for them to find the way for RTE, why our government spend huge amount as salary to these Doctorate degree holder when they only bring the policy without the road map how to implement it, we have seen many government policies are lays only in paper but not comes in reality not reach out to poor and needy but, what pains me that why they include in their play education, we must stop all this now, we don’t want any reason from big personalities time has come we must work for us, those postpones and compromise this holistic scheme they are not going to do anything since 72 years did nothing
Learn from leader
I would like to quote what Swami Vivekanand said ; We may read books, hear lectures, and talk miles, but experience is the one teacher, the one eye-opener. It is best as it is. We learn, through smiles and tears we learn. Yes what we learn from the past 72 years nothing. Yes time as emerged and alarming us to do ourselves for us
We need to bring idea a clear picture of RTE, for we must go to our own people (because only poor can understand another poor) we need to integrate our mind set as a GOAL that’s the slogan Education for all, through we must make whole country to pray and focus on it yet light poor people life. When we focus on our goal RTE we must always encourage and next make as statement (not in parliament) but in every state nuke and corner of the street, wish to bring the change on it NOT Right To Education- but this time onwards Education For All, kindly listen I am not an cine star or like any other celebrities I am an ordinary man nobody knows me, I am voicing for ordinary man I request my fellow ordinary men and women we must start continue to work with due process until achieve our goal, we must continuously knock the door of government machineries by slowly and steadily explain our idea and get assistance to create strong and effective road map to implement it.
We must come together for better tomorrow which is framed by us our own idea which is measurable possible and achievable since our idea are depend on us that’s simple we the whole society frame the scheme for better tomorrow say that’s possible not to say Right To Education instead will say Education For all. This is the perfect time when we are celebrating 150th year of our Father of nation Mahatma Gandhi, who preached Ahimsa, why we fight for in the name of Education by calling right to education when our country obtain freedom by ahimsa which is the magnificent weapon for obtain all our right, therefore I appeal my fellow countrymen by requesting why not we take the same weapon “ahimsa” through find a better solution by calling EDUCATION FOR ALL which is more appropriate than calling it RIGHT TO EDUCATION which make sense we don’t blame our government blame our politician instead we march together by sheltering our responsibility instead of transferring it others.
Solution EDUCATION FOR ALL
I strongly believe we are only two community RICH & POOR in present days Rich people are mostly Corporate and politicians land lord business community and so on where as POOR people are mostly from un organized sector, private workers etc, for our Mission EDUCATION FOR ALL we don’t need to disturb RICH / our focus only to mobiles the poor if we dedicate ourselves with our dedication and strong commitment we can slowly (easily) achieve our dream in to reality.
ROAD TO REACH OUR DESTINATION
- A) We must frame RULE as LAW and outreach to community with effectively propagate communication tool through various media’s for the service likeminded selective people come together and form a group in each and every state and district level mobilized people and make them to understand that we are work together for our benefit, first we must make them to understand the importance of Education and their children’s future and how we work together to bring the Education to reach us by us
- B) Every poor must pay from their total earning wage or salary from their total earning per month within 2 or 3 percent they have to donate for EDUCATION FOR ALL MISSION GROUP
- C) The headed by Socially respected person who can devote his or her time mostly from teaching community / Clean hand /good Character etc, and these head Person must change once in three month and we must pay honorarium for the staff those who work for the mission EDUCATION FOR ALL
- D) The headed team one first goes to every Door to door to explain the Education for all MISSION STATEMENT and its manifestation second team go companies and factories business establishment, the third team to deal with government authority the fourth team to manage the fund for constructing school building if new and pay the fees to school in
- E) we must approach concern (each and every ) district Administrative authority by explain our mission manifestation and plan and request for state treasury to help us by facilitate to keep the collection money (EFA) in separately in a locker to their custody or BANK
CONCLUTION
When once we choose with hope anything is possible
