I wake up early in the morning each day as my usual routine and first work is to see the facebook feed. I was just going through all facebook feed with all odd and even posts. Unfortunately, I saw the post of Abhishek Shukla, founder of Tripvenza, written about his problem faced while he went to pitch Startups in some Incubation Centre.
I have just put his all message here, Kindly go through this.
Abhishek Shukla has wriiten that, “In Oct 2018, I pitched in SIIF (Shaheed Sukhdev College of business Studies, SSCBS Innovation and incubation Foundation) for Incubation. After one month they asked to pitch again, When I asked @NareshPriyadarshi (CEO ) about the offering of this program, he responded, “wo hum Baad main batayenge” but I insisted and he said “Dekho agar aana ho to aao, but hum nahi Baad main batayenge”. Probably this poor, clueless man don’t even thought about the offering, Sirf pitching se kuch nahi hota hai Naresh ji, homework bhi karna hota hai. Later his peon “Varun” called me and insisted me to join the session.
Lack of Management, extremely arrogant, childish, superiority complex and immaturity. this all defines Naresh Priyadarshi 国王.
He asked to come at 12.00 on 20th Nov and when I reached their,, he askedo wait till 4.00 pm for my turn,
I traveled 55 km (from greater Noida) and was exhausted and Hungry, I went for lunch and when I reached at 4.00 all panelist was gone and he answered “you should have waited for your turn.”
Seriously! You wasted my entire day for your nonsense . And I even can’t go for a lunch, which I already intimated to his peon.
He is in-charge of a incubation centre and supposed to support startups, he invite startups treat them like students and waste their time with his funny events
Where is your sense of responsibility. If people like Naresh Priyadarshi 国王 leads the startup ecosystem then India needs another 100 years to innovate something.
People like him, who never started any venture, don’t know anything about the journey and difficulties of entrepreneurship is sitting at the decision making position, and ruining the lives of entrepreneurs.
Ironically, people like Naresh Priyadarshi 国王 judge startups
Jisne zindagi bhar Naukri ki ho, wo ab incubation chala rahe h. And even don’t hesitate to Title them as “Mentor for Change”
Disgusting, Ruthless, Shameful ”
While I am going through his post, I realized our last discussion about “Why Incubation Centres fail in India?” on Digiwaale Babu.We saw the same things across the pan India. If I seriously talking about Bihar, then most of Incubation Centre is just time passed similar like that. Also, I have visited several colleges and the University of Bihar, they have the same attitude. I can’t believe how they are trying to function.
