You are the youth, and if you are not ready to be the change, nothing in this world can change. If you think that someone else will take the first step and you will follow them, this will not always happen because if everyone thinks the same way, no one will be willing to be the leader and change the world for good. No one will think of ideas and suggest it to the higher authority. No one will talk about sowing the seeds that will lead to a better future.
Someone or the other has always to take the first step so that he or she can inspire others and take things forward. It is a challenging task. One should not assume that the task is as easy as finding kitchen table sets online. No, one has to plan for it and according to take the right action at the right time for things to click.
While planning, there will be a number of challenges faced, but one needs to stay strong from the start till the very end of the campaign if they want to be the change and bring the change in the society. Every country needs leaders at the moment, and if the leaders are not sensitive enough to make a reasonable plan that will not backfire, things will not change for the good. With this, it can be understood that every step had to be executed properly and carried out in a professional way, even if there is no backup for the same.
It is essential to understand that in most of the campaigns, there is no backup provided by even people who believe in the leaders thought process. This does not mean that the plan cannot be executed. A leader can always look for second opinions but if the thought is not being supported simply because no one has the courage to fight for the right, a leader should go ahead with his plans and if everything is done in a proper way, someone or the other will always be there to support and be a part of the campaign.
