BECAUSE THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF OUR NATION’S PROGRESS ARE IN OUR HANDS…

To all those voters whose faith in our country is ever undying,
that black mark on your fingertips exemplifies your part, your contribution in the making of our nation. This time, when you go to vote… this time when that black mark is inked on your fingertips, let your mind reflect these points-
our say in making of the government of our nation is that ‘one’ vote of ours. This time we all should ensure not to use that one chance to elect those who lead our country on the ways of caste-based reservations, caste-ism, communalism and regionalism. The party who is trying their best to build barriers of communalism and to destroy the foundations of peace and unity made by our leaders, Sardar and Gandhi- that party doesn’t deserve our votes.
Completely neglecting our local candidate is never advised; but just thinking about the local candidate and neglecting the party to which it belongs is also not advised. We should all keep in mind that it is not a good local candidate but a good national party, which is going to benefit our nation and our fellow citizens. So while voting, a responsible party should be more prioritized than a responsible local candidate.
“None Of The Above” – it not only means neglecting the politics of our nation but also our responsibility as a citizen, towards our nation. Using NOTA should be a last option. Taking a simple example- even though 90% people use NOTA and the rest 10% votes are distributed between both of the undesired candidates of two parties as 7% and 3%, then it is obvious that the party getting 7% votes wins. It may not be certain that the winning candidate is from the party, which is actually more responsible in its duties. So, even if the candidates are undesired, our vote must be utilized by giving it to the candidate belonging to the party that, we think, may do good for our nation.
Ultimately it`s our vote, our opinion and our voice. It depend on us where to use it- to use it for our short-term benefit… or to use it for the long-term benefit for our country as a whole.
A multitude of intelligent voters determine the extent of development and building of our nation. It is on us, whether we decide to be a part of that multitude or a part destroying the good efforts of that multitude…
Intelligent votes mean strong voices. And strong voices build a strong nation”
