According to the WHO, globally an estimated 350 million people suffer from depression. A lot of us, when we suffer from depression, treat it like a normal thing or are scared to talk about it for fear of being judged. But depression is a mental disorder that needs immediate care. Studies have shown that an estimated 90% people commit suicide because they were suffering from an underlying mental illness at the time of their death.

These are tough questions which even science hasn’t been able to crack till now. There are many reasons for depression. But one needs to talk about their depressed state, open up, because if it is allowed to accumulate inside of us, it will severely affect our health.
